MAPLE BOURBON BACON MEATLOAF
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
½ cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam
1 ½ lbs. (.680 kg) ground beef
Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam
1/4 cup Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well until combined. Add ground beef and mix just until blended, do not over-mix. Place mixture in a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes, combine sauce ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Continue to bake for another 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
